We were able to come home last night around 9:40 PM. Brianne wasn't all that sure about the new surroundings immediately, but as of this morning, she seems to be enjoying it.
We also picked up Spunky from the vet this morning and MAN IS HE JEALOUS. Every move she makes in her sleep he just sits and growls at her from across the room.
It is quite hilarious until he actually wakes her up (which hasn't happened yet), but we are sure it may at one point.
Hopefully once she is awake we can re-introduce the two of them and help Spunky recognize his new baby sister as a friend and not an intruder. Once he can get a bit closer and sniff her out I am certain everything will turn out fine.
Just as a reminder, feel free to come visit us. I (Matt) will be home all of next week, the 1st through the 5th of February and my parents will be here the week after. Just be sure the call first so we can be ready for your arrival.
